This is Ocho with a touch of oak.

Like the Blanco, this is made from agave grown on a single estate, meaning every release reflects a specific harvest and location. But here, it’s rested in oak for a short period, just enough to add texture and spice without taking over.

On the nose, it opens fresh but layered. Cooked agave, citrus peel and light vanilla with herbal notes and a touch of pepper.

The palate is clean and balanced. Sweet agave leads, followed by caramel, cinnamon and soft oak, with a slightly creamy texture that adds weight without heaviness.

This is where it stands out.

The oak is present… but restrained.

The finish is long and structured. Pepper, spice and agave linger with a clean, mineral edge that keeps it precise and elegant.

This isn’t a heavy reposado.

It’s a refined one.
