The single barrel expression from EH Taylor, and it's a step up from the Small Batch in every way. Bottled in Bond at 100 proof, each barrel is hand-selected from Warehouse C, the same historic warehouse Colonel Taylor built back in 1881. No two barrels are identical, which makes every bottle a one-off.
Lightly toasted oak and dried figs on the nose with butterscotch sitting underneath. The palate brings sweetness balanced against tobacco and dark spices, with none of it fighting for attention. The finish is measured, just long enough to reset the palate and have you reaching for another pour. This is what allocated bourbon should taste like.
