Jack Daniel’s 14 Years Old Tennessee Whiskey Batch 1 takes the title of World’s Best Tennessee Whiskey

Jack Daniel’s 14 Years Old Tennessee Whiskey Batch 1 takes the title of World’s Best Tennessee Whiskey at the 2026 World Whiskies Awards.

Last year we saw the 10 Year Batch 4 land… and it didn’t hang around.

So the question now is - what’s next?

Because Jack Daniel's haven’t exactly been sitting still.

The Aged Series has quietly turned into one of the most interesting plays coming out of Lynchburg - same DNA, same mashbill, same charcoal mellowing… just stretched further, deeper, older.

And now? The 14 Year has just taken out World’s Best Tennessee Whiskey at the World Whiskies Awards 2026.

Not a small nod. Not a participation ribbon.

Top of the pile.

We’re talking extended maturation, serious oak influence, big structure - the kind of whiskey that reminds you this isn’t just Old No. 7 with a few extra birthdays. This is the same house style… pushed to its edge.

And here’s where it gets interesting.

It might not be an Australian spirit… but let’s be honest - it’s become an Aussie icon. One we’ve happily adopted as our own.

We know the 10 Year isn’t the 14.

But it’s cut from the same cloth.

Same foundation. Same fingerprints. Just a different chapter in the story.

So… do we see Batch 5 of the 10 Year hit our shores this year?

Or do they skip the line and drop the 12… maybe even the 14!?

Poll time:

Which one are you chasing?

• 10 Year (keep it coming)

• 12 Year (step it up)

• 14 Year (go straight for the belt)

Let’s see where the crowd lands.
