That Boutique-y Whisky Company selected this barrel from eleven years of maturation and brought it to bottle without chill filtration — exactly as it came from the wood. What you get is bourbon in its most honest form: bold, layered, and built on a high-corn mashbill that delivers structure without softening the edges.
This is the kind of allocation that doesn't reach Australian shelves through normal channels. It took a direct relationship with the bottler to make it happen.
Tasting Notes
Deep caramel and vanilla on the nose, with eleven years of oak spice underneath. The barrel strength brings real weight to the palate — rich, warm, and complex, with a long finish that opens further with a few drops of water.
