This Pappy Van Winkle 23 Year Old is an ultra-rare wheated bourbon delivering deep oak, caramel and exceptional, long-aged complexity.
Volume: 750ml

Origin: Kentucky, USA
Style: Straight Bourbon | Wheated | Ultra Aged
This is the pinnacle of the Pappy range.
Aged for 23 years in new American oak, this is one of the oldest bourbons released each year — and one of the hardest to get your hands on.
Produced at Buffalo Trace using a wheated mash bill, it delivers a softer, rounder profile compared to rye-based bourbons, despite the extreme age.
On the nose, it opens deep and mature. Caramel, oak, nuts and leather sit alongside dark fruit, chocolate and a touch of citrus.
The palate is intense and layered. Vanilla, maple and honey roll through with cherry, spice and heavy oak structure that defines the profile.
This is the key.
👉 Massive age
👉 Heavy oak presence
👉 Still balanced for what it is
The finish is long and dry. Leather, spice and oak linger with a structured, slightly tannic edge that keeps it refined rather than sweet.
This isn’t built to be easy.
It’s built to be legendary.
