Tamnavulin Double Cask is built to be approachable from the first pour. Matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in sherry casks, it leans into sweetness, fruit and easy balance rather than complexity.

On the nose, it opens warm and inviting. Apple, honey and toffee come through first, backed by marzipan and a light citrus edge that keeps it fresh.

The palate is soft and mellow. Pear, peach and pineapple roll through with vanilla sweetness and a touch of brown sugar. There’s a gentle spice underneath, but nothing that pushes too hard.

The finish is smooth and easy. Light oak, soft spice and lingering sweetness fade out cleanly, making it incredibly drinkable.

This isn’t a whisky you need to think about.

It’s the kind you pour without hesitation. Easy, reliable, and just a little bit indulgent thanks to that sherry cask finish.
