The flagship of Bruichladdich’s heavily-peated range, this whisky is matured for a decade in ex-bourbon, sherry and French wine casks. It balances rich smoke and sweetness with hallmark Islay minerality.

Technical details: Peat – 40 PPM
Casks – 65 % first-fill bourbon, 10 % sherry, 25 % French wine
Age – 10 years
ABV – 50 %.

Tasting profile
Nose: smoked honey, citrus and heather.
Palate: caramel, spice, oak and briny peat.
Finish: long, smoky and slightly sweet with sea-salt warmth.
