Aged for nearly three decades in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, this is the distillery’s tropical house style fully matured. No finishes, no distractions, just time, oak and spirit coming together at their peak.

On the nose, it opens rich and layered. Pineapple, melon and banana sit alongside treacle, ginger and a touch of liquorice. There’s a depth here that only comes with age, sweet, slightly dark, and quietly complex.

The palate builds with intent. Citrus peel and vanilla lead in, followed by walnuts, spice and a gentle nuttiness. Then it deepens, roasted notes, coffee, caramelised fruit and soft oak tannin adding structure without overpowering.

The finish is long and evolving. Coffee, dried fruit and oak spice linger, with a subtle balsamic edge and gentle dryness that keeps everything balanced and refined.
