The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select showcases the distillery's renowned relationship with Spain's finest bodegas. Matured initially in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, this Highland single malt is then finished in a unique blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks specially created for The Dalmore by three historic cooperages in Jerez.

Tasting profile
Nose: warm aromas of caramelised orange, raisins, cinnamon and baked plums with dark chocolate and ginger.
Palate: rich layers of fig, date and dark chocolate with crushed almonds, honey and baking spices creating a velvety texture.
Finish: long and smooth with lingering toffee, nutmeg and toasted oak, complemented by orange zest and spice warmth.
