The cornerstone of The Dalmore's Principal Collection, this 12-year-old Highland single malt embodies over 180 years of whisky-making excellence. Matured for nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, half of the whisky is then finished for three years in rare 30-year-old Matusalem oloroso sherry casks from González Byass.
