A blend of single malt and single pot still whiskey, made entirely from barley and matured in American oak bourbon casks. No grain whiskey in the mix, just classic Irish styles working together.

On the nose, it opens fresh and inviting. Apple, peach and vanilla with a soft honey sweetness.

The palate is smooth and balanced. Orchard fruit, caramel and creamy malt roll through, backed by gentle spice and a touch of pot still character that gives it a bit of grip.

The finish is clean and easy. Light oak, spice and lingering sweetness taper off without weight.
