We’re starting with elegance and experience. First up is the vibrant 21 Year Old Irish Whiskey from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, bright, fruit-driven and deceptively structured.
Next, we pour the 22 Year Old Bushmills Single Cask, layered and indulgent, drawn from a single cask and showcasing over two decades of maturation with proper depth and composure.
From Ireland we head to Kentucky. The 10 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon brings classic high-corn richness, sweetness and charred oak spine, the kind of confident Bluegrass structure that anchors a tasting lineup.
And then we finish where we should, with our hero of the night. The 11 Year Old Chapter Two. The bottle that defines this release. We’ll spend proper time here, unpacking the story, the build, and the character that makes it ours.
To keep the palate refreshed between pours, we’ve partnered with Mountain Culture Brewing Co., including Status Quo and Cult IPA in the pack. Clean, modern, and structured enough to stand alongside serious whisky without overwhelming it.
