Made from 100% Irish malted barley and triple distilled, this is a straightforward, well-built single malt matured in a mix of bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks.

On the nose, it opens soft and inviting. Honey, peach and vanilla with a light malt backbone.

The palate is smooth and rounded. Orchard fruit, caramel and gentle spice roll through, with hints of dried fruit and toasted almond adding a bit of depth.

The finish is clean and easy. Light oak, spice and lingering sweetness taper off without any weight.
