The Irishman Cask Strength is released once a year, with a limited number of bottles drawn from carefully selected bourbon casks. It’s a blend of triple-distilled single malt and single pot still whiskey, bottled straight from the cask with no dilution.

On the nose, it opens with orchard fruit, vanilla and soft spice.

The palate is full and expressive. Peach, apple and honey lead, backed by caramel, baking spice and a creamy malt texture that carries the weight of the ABV without getting harsh.

The finish is long, warming and slightly sweet, with oak, spice and lingering fruit.
