Aged for 12 years in first-fill bourbon casks, this single malt leans into fruit, vanilla and a bit more depth than your standard Irish. Still smooth, still approachable… just with a bit more going on.

On the nose, it opens fresh and slightly spiced. Apple, pear and vanilla with a touch of cinnamon and oak.

The palate is fuller and more rounded. Sweet vanilla, orchard fruit and caramel roll through, backed by black pepper and gentle spice that gives it structure.

The finish lingers nicely. Barley, oak and soft sweetness with a touch of chocolate and spice.

It’s still easy drinking… just with more depth and a longer finish.
