This is the most classic “sherried” expression in the Overeem range.

Matured in French oak ex-sherry casks, this leans heavily into dark fruit, chocolate and spice — sitting between the richness of port cask and the structure of a traditional sherried Scotch.

It’s still very much Overeem — controlled, balanced and never over-oaked — but with a deeper, more layered profile than the bourbon cask.

On the nose, it opens rich and aromatic. Dark chocolate, raisins and caramel sit alongside cinnamon, almonds and Christmas cake spice.

The palate builds with depth.
