Kentucky Vintage sits in the softer, more approachable end of the Willett lineup, built as a small batch bourbon that focuses on balance rather than power.

Produced in Bardstown, Kentucky, it’s a blend of mature barrels — often noted for longer ageing than typical entry-level bourbons, giving it a slightly more developed oak profile without becoming heavy.

It’s also built using a combination of mash bills, creating a rounded, layered flavour profile rather than a single-note style.

On the nose, it opens soft and inviting. Vanilla, ripe fruit and light oak sit alongside caramel sweetness.
