While most Japanese whisky leans malt-forward, this is built entirely from grain whisky, distilled, matured and blended on-site at the Fuji Gotemba Distillery. It’s a mix of different grain styles, bringing together richness, fruit and elegance in one glass.

The result is something that sits comfortably between Japanese precision and bourbon-style familiarity.

On the nose, it opens soft and inviting. Pear, apple and vanilla lead the way, backed by caramelised sugar and a gentle grain sweetness that gives it a rounded edge.

The palate is silky and easy. Orchard fruit rolls through first, layered with honey, vanilla and light caramel. There’s a subtle spice underneath, along with soft oak, keeping everything balanced without adding weight.

The finish is smooth and lingering. Light citrus, vanilla and a touch of spice drift out slowly, leaving a clean, warming impression.
