This is Four Pillars at its brightest.

Fresh Yuzu Gin is built around locally grown yuzu, a Japanese citrus known for its intense aromatics, sitting somewhere between lemon, mandarin, grapefruit and lime.

Layered on top of a classic juniper base, you’ll find finger lime, ginger, turmeric and Japanese green tea adding depth and texture.

On the nose, it’s lifted and zesty. Citrus, juniper and soft spice with a fresh, almost floral edge.

The palate is bright and lively. Lemon, mandarin and grapefruit notes lead, backed by ginger, pepper and a clean herbal lift.

It’s citrus-forward… but still unmistakably gin.

The finish is long and refreshing. Zingy citrus fades into spice and juniper with a clean, crisp edge.

This isn’t a heavy gin.

It’s a fresh one.
