Elijah Craig Rye uses a classic Kentucky-style mash bill of 51% rye, 35% corn and 14% malted barley, giving it that signature spice but softened by sweetness from the corn.

On the nose, it opens warm and balanced. Dark chocolate, baking spices and a touch of smoke sit alongside sweet caramel notes.
