The Millennium isn’t a single barrel, and it’s not a standard release. It’s a carefully constructed blend of vintage straight bourbons and wheat whiskeys distilled in the early 2000s, some components dating back over two decades, brought together to showcase what long-aged wheated whiskey can become.

Where most Weller releases lean into richness and approachability, this one leans into refinement. Less about power, more about precision.

On the nose, it opens deep and composed. Dark cherry, butterscotch and vanilla lead, layered with aged oak and a soft, almost polished sweetness that feels more mature than bold.

The palate is where it really separates itself. Silky, balanced, and incredibly integrated. Brown sugar, dried fruit and caramel glide through first, followed by soft spice and oak. The wheat influence keeps everything rounded, smoothing the edges without losing depth.
