Shiraz Cask Matured 48.3% 500ml

BPD ‘Shiraz Cask’ has been matured in two premium South Australian Shiraz Casks, one American oak, and one French oak, both 100L in volume.

It has a light golden syrup colour, caramello, red berries and gentle oak on the nose, pepper spice and blackberries on the palate, finishing with candied orange wheels and a ginger zing.
