A bourbon 25 years in the making
At 8pm on Sunday 14 June, Oak & Origin officially launches Eagle Rare 25 into the Australian market. To mark the release, we open bidding on one of the most significant ultra-aged bourbons ever produced by Buffalo Trace.
Released in 2023, Eagle Rare 25 quickly became one of the most significant ultra-aged bourbons Buffalo Trace has produced. Aged for 25 years and matured within the distillery's experimental Warehouse P, it was designed to explore how bourbon evolves over extended maturation while holding its balance, depth and structure.
While Eagle Rare 30 has since pushed the age statement further, Eagle Rare 25 remains one of the rarest and most sought-after releases ever to carry the Eagle Rare name. For collectors, opportunities to acquire a bottle like this are exceptionally rare.
